Shipping and Delivery
All goods are held in stock in South Brisbane, QLD and usually shipped within approximately 2 days of order. Collection in person of pre-paid orders, from 8am to 5pm weekdays, is available at 24 hours notice. We are not open at weekends. Public Holidays and normal closure periods excepted.
Small orders such as wet products may be posted untracked with Australia Post, larger items are sent by signed for Startrack courier on a 1-2 day basis to cities with an airport. Other destinations will take a little longer. We ship to all parts of Australia. Please provide your phone number in case of delivery issues faced by the courier on the ground, or order queries. Shipping time starts once goods are collected from us.
For other Race Glaze products or covers in different sizes and colours not listed on this site please e-mail us using our Contact Form – we can arrange for shipment to you directly or via our South Brisbane site on the next delivery from the UK. Shipping to New Zealand by arrangement.

Product advice, Returns and further information
Our Brisbane depot is for collection of pre-paid orders only, and cannot offer product advice or additional products to purchase over the counter. If you select this option at Checkout, the address will be provided (Vulture Street, South Brisbane). It is simply a pick up location, within a non-detailing business. We do not provide a phone number in Australia, at all.

Returns cannot be accepted unless you have raised your issues with us and received a Returns Authorisation Note from the UK. This will include our Brisbane depot address who are not involved in returns authorisation.
